Jennifer collided with me in a 4 way stop. She was very apologetic. She said she wasn't from here and was late for her son's 8 hour psyche evaluation at the clinic. She said she wasn't paying attention and missed her previous turn and kept apologizing. She said, "this was my fault, I'm so sorry..." I assured her it was OK, hugged her, and she made a light hearted comment about how she's an insurance agent. My husband came and assured her it was OK, that mistakes happen, and this is what insurance was for. She again, told him this was her fault, handed him her card. I then asked, "I've never been in something like this, so do we need to get a police report or anything?" She insisted that no one was hurt and that the only reason you would need a police report is if someone was going to contest and she was good and we were good. My husband agreed and felt bad her son was late and she seemed professional and legit. So you can imagine our surprise when our insurance notified us that she was not taking any responsibility and contested that the accident was not her fault. We are stuck with the deductible and my first ever "car accident" on our insurance. If they are untrustworthy in their private life, I would caution that they may also be in business. She so boldly handed out her card, confidently apologized about her mistake, and then comfortably turned around and left us hanging.

The whole process went very smoothly switching from one provider to Cordova Insurance Agency. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner, and explained things very well. I’m so happy we made the switch, highly recommend them!

So happy to get better coverage and more for my money. Spent several years with another agent in Merrill only to continue to pay more and more for the premiums every year even though we had multiple households to cover as well as vehicles and never one claim. I almost fell over when I went from having just liability for some of our vehicles to getting full coverage on all of them as well as having a teenage daughter. We have worked with Jeremy and his staff for many years with both our business and homeowners insurance.
